What a month it was energetically speaking. As the bright daffodils rise above to enlighten our hearts and all nature getting prepared for the Spring equinox that occurred on March the 19/20. We are initiating a energetic reset, ‘a new cosmic year’ of grand transformation also known as the ‘great turning of the wheel’ following a deep process of change and inner reflection during winter.
A sacred portal providing us a safe heaven, the quite before the storm, the joy of the here and NOW represented by the path of illumination, new life, new beginnings and planting seeds, and great for new projects and positive actions.
As the gateway approached asking us to absorb, adjust and align with inner balance, we have embarked on a very sacred journey starting with the international women’s day and mother’s day Sound journey & meditations leading us gently as we move towards the first of four events I am hosting this year, where we explore the Endocrine system processes from a spiritual & Esoteric perspective and working with Sound healing tools to stimulate specific glands and activate our entire body system morphogenetic fields.
We have explored amazing concepts such as hormones as crystal messengers of Light, pneuplasma as God’s love substance, upper world region known as the brain and the journey of Solar Light into the pineal, pituitary, thalamus as the royal trinity, CSF (Cerebral spinal fluid), the endocrine system and chakra harmony.
We have also mediated upon the cosmic principles of Light, love, truth and life, in our Attunement meditation and 852Hz & 963Hz Sound journey, focusing our attention centred in the 'seat of the soul' – that is in the throne of Thy father within thee, in the centre of the head.

So, as the journey continues, we are in the chaotic disturbance in the ethers with the 4/4 portal showing us the path ahead of us in the midst of a breaking down of an old reality as our planet awakens even more on a collective level with the first eclipse of 2024 that took place on March 24/25. A Lunar New Moon Eclipse at 5° Libra, inspiring us to bring our relationships back into balance and harmony.
And if that wasn’t enough, we are now navigating the through the so prophesized Solar Full Moon Eclipse at 19° Aries on April 8th, and Easter, so we are in for a good few weeks to months of personal and planetary activations, upgrades and shifts into a higher field of consciousness.
I invite you to do what you can to prioritize your wellbeing, by nurturing yourself, doings the things you love and you are passionate about to bring balance to your energy by choosing the way of the heart. The place within were we can retire at any time and drink deep at the wellspring of Wisdom.

A life lived in the truth of your soul reveals your authenticity and soul purpose. As many will continue to live in the shadow of illusion, you will find that truth grants life & Light, and there is nowhere that light cannot reach & shadow cannot be overcome.
Following the journey of Light towards ascension through the first glands of the endocrine system, we will continue to explore the thyroid (Spirit of Life) and Thymus (Spirit of Purification) glands.
