Prana Flow is a combined breathwork class designed to activate the Pranic tube - the centre for the toroidal energy field around your body, mixed with gentle conscious stretches and a yoga inspired exercise targeting all body energy systems helping you to achieve a flow like state.

Prana is the fifth sacred element. If you are able to see tiny brilliant white balls radiating in the air around you, you are seeing prana. Prana is the life force or vital energy that flow through all living things sometimes described as breath air or the essence of life itself. This energy is responsible for all functions of the various organs and the systems in the body as well as our thoughts emotions and actions.

A flow like state is defined as an optimal state of consciousness where your feelings and performance are at your best by being fully present and focus on what you are doing.
