Can you believe we’ve already reached the first Equinox of 2025? It’s incredible how fast the year is moving one-third of the way through already!

Now is the perfect moment to pause and reflect: Are you a third of the way through your goals for 2025?

Many have felt that time seems to be accelerating, especially over the past few years. This isn’t just a personal feeling; it’s an energetic shift. We have transitioned from the dense, grounding influence of Earth and Water elements into the lighter, more expansive energy of Air and Fire.

This shift has profound implications, both on a personal and collective level. There is a great unveiling happening, an exposure of truth, a realignment of energy, and an invitation to step fully into our authentic selves.

Those who resist this transformation may feel lost, ungrounded, or overwhelmed. But for those who choose to embrace it, there is an incredible opportunity to break free from past limitations and step into a life of higher purpose.

The Equinox marks a sacred moment of balance, a pause between cycles where we are given the opportunity to reset, realign, and choose the direction we wish to take. It is a reminder that just as the Earth finds equilibrium between light and dark, so too must we find harmony within ourselves.
