Group Sonic Sound Bath

A small, intimate gathering designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation and collective stillness. Lie back, soften and receive sound in a safe and supportive environment.
No prior experience needed.

Anne's signature treatment. Each session begins with a short consultation to understand your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health, followed by a deeply restorative full sound healing session using all instruments, specifically targeting what you need most.
All sessions are strictly confidential. Anne abides by the Sound Healing Academy Code of Ethics.
A minimum of 4 sessions is recommended to experience the full benefit of this approach.

DNA Awakening Sound Group Session

A specialised group immersion guided by structured meditation and carefully selected sound frequencies.
Inspired by research in epigenetics and stress physiology, this session invites the body into conditions associated with restoration, balance and long-term cellular resilience.
Sacred Body Treatment

A deeply personal and ceremonial Anointing treatment.
Anne hand-blends and blesses oils specifically for each client before every session. The treatment includes a full back massage and both hands, unhurried, intentional and deeply nurturing.

Spinal Wave Treatment

This treatment works with all 33 access points of the spine to release blockages and restore the natural flow of the central nervous system.
Begins with a therapeutic massage to locate and connect with each vertebra before sound and frequency stimulation work begins. Ideal for those experiencing back tension, stress-related holding, or feeling physically or energetically stuck.
End of Life Sacred Ceremony
Sacred offering | £333
A ceremonial space held at the threshold between worlds, created to honour transition, dignity and spiritual passage.
Held with reverence, stillness and lineage-based spiritual practice. Available in the home, hospice or agreed setting. Loved ones may be present.
This work is sacred in nature. Details are shared privately with those requesting this ceremony.

Sacred Grief Release Sessions
Grief is a sacred journey of love, loss, and transformation. I offer a gentle and supportive space where talking therapies meet shamanic-inspired practices to help you explore, express, and release the emotions that grief can bring.
Having explored death and dying through my studies, alongside my counselling experience and my work holding sacred end-of-life ceremonies for those choosing to die at home, I bring compassion, presence, and deep respect to each person’s unique journey.
Through guided exercises, reflection, and healing practices, we honour your experience and support you in moving through grief with greater understanding, connection, and peace.
